Pelvic Health Services

Family on top of hill

Skylands Pelvic Rehab proudly offers compassionate and discreet care for a wide range of conditions related to the pelvic floor. Your whole appointment is spent 1:1 with your physical therapist in a private and comfortable setting that is not part of a larger, general PT practice. Although we specialize in treatment of pelvic floor dysfuction, we also know that the best results come from a holistic approach to functional rehabilitation that considers the whole person and not just the body part.

Why Choose Us?

I founded Skylands Pelvic Rehab out of a deep-seated desire to fulfill a need in my community. Time and again, I’ve heard stories of individuals struggling with treatable conditions, whether they’re unaware of the available care, unable to access it, or feel too ashamed to seek help. My mission is to offer a haven where you can openly discuss and receive care for the challenges affecting your daily happiness and quality of life.

As a native of Hunterdon County, an IVF veteran, a mother of twins, and a breast cancer survivor, I understand what you’re going through. My firsthand experiences with many of the conditions I treat provide me with unique insights and empathy. I’ve been in your shoes, and I’m here to guide you on the path to healing, comfort, and empowerment.
